Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de drinko, Cinco de Amor, Cinco de Mayo, whatever you want to call it, it is the reason for my Blog being so brief and sloppy today! No one wants to sit down and read the whole day, we just want to drink!

Feel Good tips
-enjoy of some good music
-be happy, and ALWAYS try to keep a smile on your face.
-celebrate life.

Take some time out of your schedule to do something you have never done before. I went out with some friends to simply watch the sunset by the pier. We hiked through the rocks at South Beach to a point where the water was spraying us as it hit the rocks, and the cool wind gave us goosebumps. What we saw there was pure life taking place. When we set out on this little journey I thought i was just being a hipster and we were not going to take much from the experience other than a little hike through the rocks. I was wrong. As soon as we got there we were welcomed by the stunning view of a huge orange Sun setting down among the buildings of Downtown Miami and The Port of Miami. We set forth on our hike and encountered life: a Grandfather taking his grandson on a similar journey, a fisherman trying to catch the evening's dinner, and a peculiar fellow who seemed to have hooked the catch of his life, but even with the help of me and my friends he could not seem to get the fish out of the water. He was really nice, and decided to give each of us a beer for our help.

Experiences like these only take a couple hours out of your day and will last a lifetime.

Make Love Cove Love, HA I just had to say it, its Thursday after all!

May 4, The middle of the week.

I was going to say "First and Foremost" but it occurred to me that it was something we've caught onto, that is really just bad grammar disguised as something fancy to say. Foremost means first in place, order, rank, etc.

Foremost, happy Hump day! I hope everyone is still energized and refreshed! If not, then you should try doing some exercise, meditation, or a combination of both(yoga).

A very good friend of mine told me today that he had a gift for me. In his chat box appeared a link to a very "short and sweet book that would help me with my process of bettering myself." The book is "As You Think" by  James Allen.

A little excerpt to get you interested:
"Thought in the mind hath made us.
What we are by thought was wrought and built.
If a man’s mind hath evil thoughts,
pain comes on him as comes the wheel the ox behind.
If one endure in purity of thought,
Joy follows him as his own shadow—sure."

After reading I was scared to look back and examine my thoughts because they were responsible for all my actions. I stopped blaming my surroundings, and instead began to look for the ill minded thoughts that have led my worst and ugliest actions within the last few months." A person does not
come to the welfare office or the jail by a chance of fate or circumstance,
but by the pathway of negative thoughts and base desires. Nor does
a pure-minded person fall suddenly into crime by stress of any mere
external force. The criminal thought had long been secretly fostered
in the heart, and the hour of opportunity revealed its gathered power"-Allen

It is important to acknowledge that when we are going through tough times we can have one of two mindsets: positive or negative. With a positive mindset everything is feasible. We are more likely to disregard negative energy, and only focus on the good that surrounds our lives. During this time all is good. Although I have tried to never ever enter a negative mindset, it happens. When it does, I try to focus on the little things. The little things that are going for me usually help me get out of my negative mindset. The negative mindset is depressive. It blocks all my creativity, and takes away all my energy. I am unable to be productive during this period. Therefore i try to abandon this state of mind ASAP."Good thoughts bear good fruit, bad thoughts bad fruit."-James Allen

I want to say goodbye with a random thought, and i hope most of you reading this share your opinion about it.
Do you think people enjoy abstraction, "trippy" images, and/or words of intoxicated human beings because they get a sense of what it is to be intoxicated without doing any harm to their bodies? Or maybe it is the art of seeing something different without having to participate in any recreational drugs which are usually frowned upon by society.I really dont know, but I would love to read what you guys think.

Launching of itsz electric!

Today I had a random burst of creativity. it all started with literature, and then spread into the exploration of music, and arts. Therefore i decided to create a blog to keep track of my ideas, and share it with everyone.

This is a taste of what i will be publishing:
Tavarua. I write random shit like this in my notes with the dream of eventually going back and looking at it. Not only looking at it but acting on it. Tavarua for example, is my dream of someday visiting Tahiti with a group of interesting Friends such as TK. The sad truth is that I look back on these notes so far into the future after I wrote them that they mean nothing to me anymore(or are on a totally different mindset). By this, for example, I mean that I was probably being optimistic and thought that I could travel to Tahiti in the near future, but now I dwell on the harsh truth of having to move out of my mom's house, having to buy a car, and a laptop. Maybe instead of writing so much shit down, I should act on it right away and see if it happens. If not, then I will at least know I tried and eliminate it from haunting my thoughts several months into the future, and keep them from congesting  my notes.

Thanks for reading!
